can't sleep??

Sometimes we have those days where we feel like where been laying in bed for hrs. What should you do when you just can't fall asleep. Here are. Few tips on what I do when i can't sleep. This sounds funny but if I'm wearing something diffent then I normaly sleep in its hard for me to sleep  . If I can't go sleep I'll put some soft musi on verey low to try to calm myselfen can't go to sleep after trying that I will go over what I halft to do this week . Hey just because you can't sleep doesn't mean you done be proactive.
